This application is complemented by application EFSA-GMO-NL-2007-46.
Renewal of authorisation of maize T25 for food and feed uses, including cultivation, that were previously notified, according to Articles 8(1)(a) and 20(1)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 on genetically modified food and feed.
First application under Regulation 90/220/EEC (C/F/95/12/07) for cultivation and feed use.
Food and food ingredients produced from GMO were notified under Regulation (EU) No 258/97.
Upon request of the authorisation holder, Bayer Crop Science, the rights and obligations pertaining to all authorisations and pending applications for genetically modified products where transfered to BASF Agricultural Solutions Seed US. Implemented with Commission Decision (EU) 2019/1195. The applicant submitted an application for renewal of the authorisation of T25 in time (GMFF-2024-22651 RX042). Therefore, the placing on the market of this GMO remains authorised. |
